Navigating council can be one of the most frustrating parts of any build - especially for knockdown/rebuilds where setbacks or zoning rules can affect what's possible. We know how the approvals process works, who to speak with, and what documentation needs to be in order. We can't control the council, but we can make sure nothing is delayed because of something on our end.
